Food therapy for Menstrual Disorders

• Pig kidney (2 pcs )
• Tu Si Zi 菟丝子 5g
• Sang Shen Zi  桑葚子 30g
• Niu Zhen Zi 女贞子 10g
• Ginger  2 slices
• Chinese Dates 大枣 3’s 

Place all the ingredients into a pot with water and bring to boil.  Turn down the heat and simmer it.
