Radio Interview Recap: Dr Li Rui Discusses TCM Treatments for Infertility on 88.3JiaFM

Ingredients:
• 2 Pig Kidneys
• Cuscuta Seed (Tu Si Zi) 5g
• Mulberry Fruit (Sang Shen Zi) 20g
• Glossy Privet Fruit (Nu Zhen Zi) 10g
• 2 slices of Fresh Ginger
• 3 Red Dates
Method:
Stew all ingredients together into a soup.

2. Black Bone Chicken (Silketti) Soup
Ingredients:
